What we install
Every job starts the same way — diamond grinding the slab down to a clean, open profile. What goes on top depends on how the space gets used. Here's the honest version of each.
The slab itself becomes the finished floor. We grind through progressive diamond grits, densify the surface, and burnish it to the sheen you want — matte, satin, or near-mirror.
A pigmented epoxy base, vinyl flake broadcast to rejection, then scraped, vacuumed, and locked in under a clear polyaspartic topcoat. The flake hides slab imperfections and adds grip.
Colored quartz aggregate broadcast into epoxy and sealed. The heaviest-duty system we install — thick, seamless, sanitary, and built for a wet floor that gets scrubbed daily.
We grind to expose the profile or aggregate you want, then apply a densifier and a topical sealer. Fastest, most cost-effective way to get a durable finished floor out of an existing slab.
How a job runs
Coatings fail because of what happened before the coating went down. We don't skip steps, and we'll tell you up front if your slab needs repair before it needs a floor.
Free on-site visit. We check moisture, hardness, cracks, and previous coatings, then quote the system that actually fits the space.
Diamond grind to profile, scarify where needed, and fill cracks, spalls, and control joints with polyurea or polishable patch.
Base coat, broadcast, and build coats — or progressive polishing passes and densifier, depending on the finish you picked.
Topcoat goes down, we clean the site, and you get a cure schedule: when to walk it, when to roll it, how to maintain it.
